Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to help us reach our organic goals.
You will be responsible for direct contact with our international customers, providing assistance via email, phone and live chat.
What you will do:
- Assist customers with all requests and needs before, during and after the shopping experience
- Be in charge of back-end activities
- Monitoring orders shipment tracking
Requirements for this role:
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English, Italian and German languages (C1/C2)
- Work experience with customers in the luxury market
- E-commerce experience
